Housekeeping Executive

Job Responsibilities:
  • To plan, direct, control and coordinate the activities of Housekeeping Department involving 3rd party cleaning service vendor i.e. scheduling/monitoring of cleaning, pest control, sanitary bin and waste disposal

  • To monitor and ensure cleanliness of the Shopping Mall and landscape area are well maintained by the contractor in order to sustain and increase value of the property

  • To report daily to Housekeeping Manager on the activity of Housekeeping services

  • Escalating issues and problems to Housekeeping Manager or Senior Manager when necessary

  • To prepare monthly Housekeeping Report and submit to Housekeeping Manager

  • To conduct monthly meeting with cleaning contractors and submit minutes meeting to Housekeeping Manager

  
Job Requirements:


  • Housekeeping experience in Malls

  • Minimum  Diploma in Housekeeping Management

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
