HR and Admin Manager


Responsibilities:


Ensure Administration and recruitment of staff as and when needed;
To monitor staff’s medical and annual leave in a timely manner;
Keep track of staff’s performance, confirmation due, appraisal and etc;
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures;
To provide support as Personal Assistant to Directress;
Work closely with Directress on the ongoing projects or any other matters related to business development;


Qualifications:


Min – Degree in HR or business with 2 years of HR working experience;
Strong analytical and problem solving ability;
Strong leadership skills and ability to foster positive and influential relationships with people from all levels;
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (oral/written), Malay and Mandarin;
Preferably female candidate between 28 – 35 years old
Able to start work immediately or short period of notice would be an advantage.
