PHYSIOTHERAPY ASSISTANT

To understudy and assist the Physiotherapist in providing treatments to patients.The incumbent is also to perform other related tasks and responsibilities under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Manager.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 

1. To assist physiotherapist in carrying out treatments.


2. To take care of the patients at all time whilst delivering the service.


3. To prepare the equipment and accessories for physiotherapy session.


4. To assist in the care, maintenance and inspection of equipment used.


5. To clean and tidy up the equipments used.


6. To assist in patient registration, service transaction recording and invoice generation.


7. To report any patient’s complaints to Rehabilitation Manager so that the action can be taken or rectified.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• SPM or equivalent


• Minimum 1 year working experience, preferably in Hospital environment


• Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu & English


• Good customer service skills is an advantage
