Production Technician

Designation : Production Technician
Report to : HOD Production / Assist Operation Manager
 
Main Responsibility / Authority :

• Responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.


• Update Equipment List and prepare preventive maintenance schedule and checklist.


• Update Equipment History Card and Equipment Maintenance Record for all repair/modification or maintenance works done.


• Responsible for Daily monitoring on RO system and perform RO Water Maintenance work.


• Carry out minor repairs and maintenance works on all equipment to ensure smooth operation of the production plant.


• Supervises and trains the plant operators and general workers on the proper use of the equipment to reduce equipment failure and equipment downtime.


• Receives and diligently carries out the working instructions from the direct superior or manager.


• Identify and solve problems in processes, products, equipment to strife for maximum capacity of machines and equipment.


• Ensure production area is safe to work, productive and has required inventory.


• Good House Keeping of all maintenance equipment, tools and parts.


• Ensures that all working instructions, tasks and duties are carried out their tasks in accordance to the Company’s Standard Operating Procedure, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), safety standards and all regulatory requirements

 
Minimum Competency Requirements :

• Able to work independently for work assigned in related to maintenance without guidance. 


• Ability to read and write BM/English
