about the role

to be part of a leading team of QS’s you will be responsible for checking their work and managing the master spreadsheet of all the projects and deadlines. You will help the commercial team value engineer projects and be involved in Pre and Post contract work.

skills & responsibilities

• 5-7 years experience as a QS or Senior QS


• Your current experience needs to be with a main / sub contractor


• Excellent excel and organisational skills


• Exposure to large projects (mrt/lrt/railway systems)


• Degree in QS / Civil / Construction / Architecture


• Must have 2+ years people management experience (2+ people)
