SALES MANAGER FOR BUILDING TECHNOLOGIES EXPERT (SECURITY SOLUTIONS)

Our client offers a comprehensive range of security solutions and systems – from intelligent video surveillance, access control and identity management to intrusion detection and perimeter protection, up to industrial command and control center technology. They also own a leading building management platform providing operators with relevant information for optimizing every aspect of their properties and buildings – from comfort, lighting and energy management, to fire safety, mass notification and security.

THE ROLE


1. Grow the sales of security solutions through new client development, account conversions, new markets and accounts.
2. Work with partners to help meet customer’s requirements
3. Advice customer and distributor with design and optimized solutions based on customer’s requirements
4. Responsible for planning and overseeing sales programs.
5. Acts as the consultant for partners to ensure that customer needs are addressed effectively.
6. Manage and strengthen existing customers accounts by identifying additional products needs.
7. Responsible for Sales, business development and marketing activities to ensure profitability and increase market share
8. Be an effective team player and ensure maximization of opportunities in the market through a properly aligned sales approach.
9. Keep abreast with all new product developments.
10. Ensure overall knowledge on product, systems and solutions of assigned segment
11. Effectively contribute in the Win/Loss analysis of jobs on regular basis.
12. Ensure authentic inputs are provided and necessary internal and external reports are submitted according to the required time frames.
13. Effectively communicate and brief market developments and decisions to the superior and peer.
14. Perform any other activities as and when required by the superior.


THE REQUIREMENTS


1. Degree or Diploma in IT or Electrical Engineering
2. Minimum 3 Years of Experience in strategic selling and business development.
3. Strong sales experience of any security products or solutions
4. Ability to understand and manage customers requirements
5. Experience in sales stimulation and through knowledge of CRM
6. Effective team player
7. Excellent intercultural working relationship
8. Effective multi-ethical communication ability
9. Strong customer orientation
10. Strong strategic orientation and behavior
11. Fast adaptation and learning skills
12. Fast decision making ability
