Join a reputable developer that is looking for a Assistant Project Manager, based in Selangor. This firm specialises in mostly residential and high rise commercial. This is a chance to fast track your career and be involved with some of Selangor’s most iconic projects.

the role

Joining a high performing team and work on exciting high rise projects with a large pipeline of work until 2019. This is office based 5 days per week.

• Local experience here in KL and established relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors & suppliers


• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent


• Strong Communication skills

the experience

The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge within the Malaysian construction industry and must be able to show the following:

• You will previously have worked as a Assistant Project Manager on residential developments


• Residential building experience is essential


• Good Relationships with Land office.


• Strong communication skills


• Experience with the full cycle of works from design and construction


• Ability to motivate and develop a team


• Project establishment with procedures and processes


• Construction Management Degree or similar
