Customer Service Officer

Pre-sales call center support for general enquiries, preparation of quotation and proposal
•Provide general administrative support to ensure the Sales, Marketing & Customer Care functions run effectively and efficiently – processing of orders, coordination of logistics function, maintenance of proper records, database maintenance, general filing, rewards program, after sales service etc
•1 year working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
•Candidate possesses at least Diploma, Graduate Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
•PC literate with hands-on experience in a computerized working environment
•Position for Junior and Senior Officer available
•Position based in NZX, Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya. Location within 1 minute walk from LRT Station (New – Lembah Subang)
