About the company:

Randstad is partnering with a financial institution based in KL Sentral. This is for a finance shared services hub that has been newly set up.

About the role:

This role is to head the HR Shared Services division thats being newly set up at KL Sentral. This role will report in to the General Manager and CEO of the company.

Requirements:

• Applicants must come from either a shared services environment or banking


• Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a management position


• Willing to be on a renewable contract basis


• Good stakeholder management


• Must be willing to work at KL Sentral
