HR and Admin Manager

Job Descriptions
  • To ensure smooth running of the HR & Admin Department

  • To provide leadership and direction in full HR & Admin functions which include manpower planning, talent acquisition, staff engagement, training and development, compensation and benefits, administration, ER and IR

  • To manage all talent acquisition related matters of the company, which includes planning recruitment needs, formulating recruitment strategies and conducting interviews.

  • To ensure HR policies and procedures comply to local regulations and governance

  • To recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of departments and service performed

  • To evaluate & coordinate training and development activities for staff.

  • To plan, organizes all staff engagement activities.

  • To ensure performance management is monitored and implemented

  • Oversee the HR strategies and operations to drive business transformation and results

  • To liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements

  • To manage the overall Group Personal Accident & Group Hospitalization & Surgical insurance and panel clinic for all level of staff.

  • To participate in the management meeting and provide sound advice with regard to HR Policies and Procedures, staff and workers disciplinary issues, staff development etc

  • To ensure maintenance and upkeep of all equipment, facilities, cleaning services, security and building maintenance of the office premises.

  • To manage the annual salary and compensation benchmarking exercise.

  • To prepare monthly HR and Admin reports for management review

  • To manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets

  • To monitor career path programme, employee relation counseling and conduct exit interviewing

  • To perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time

 
Qualification 


  • At least Degree in HR/Business Studies/Administration/Management/ or equivalent

  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in the related field

  • Strong knowledge in Employment act, Malaysian Labor Law and other related legislation

  • Good Communication, Interpersonal and time management skill

  • Computer literate

  • Dynamic individual

  • Able to work independently and is a highly motivated person
