Retail Sales Executive

• Enthusiastic to share IT product and knowledge, and provide exceptional customer service to every customers.


• Respond to sales enquiries.


• Responsible for monitoring of personal sales performance against targets.


• Perform daily stock take to ensure stock accuracy.


• Ensure and maintain good rapport with customers and experience develop solid and long term clientele relationship.


• Familiar working in Retail Environment or shopping mall.


• Participates in events, roadshows, etc.

 
Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher-Secondary/SPM, Professional Certificate, and Diploma/Higher Diploma in Computer Science/IT, Marketing or equivalent qualification.


• Good command of English and Bahasa in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.


• Sales oriented, dynamic, persuasive, independent and self-motivated.


• Positive thinking and hardworking with a drive to succeed. 


• Applicants must be able to work in shopping mall.


• Preferably possess own transport.


• Preferably Executives specializing in IT/Computer or equivalent.
