Jawatan Kosong Amanah Saham Mara Berhad ASM GROUP is a pioneer in the local unit trust industry, with subsidiaries in unit trust and asset management as well as financial services. We are now preparing for a new phase of growth, innovation and service excellence and we need qualified individuals to strengthen our human capital base. Successful candidates are expected to help us realise our corporate mission to be a leading player in the unit trust and asset management industry. The following positions are available:
1. SENIOR MANAGER, DISTRIBUTION AND SALES
Key responsibilities
•Develop and implement strategic sales programs and recruitment of unit trust consultants
•Promote cooperation partnership with new and existing distribution channels
•Manage, lead and motivate the team to achieve the sales growth and profitability target
•Manage, lead and guide the team to ensure meeting the operational services standards and quality execution for internal and external clients
Requirements
•Minimum a Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent qualification
•Minimum seven (7) years working experience in sales in financial services industry
•Possess FIMM Authorisation Card,
•Possess excellent analytical, presentational, interpersonal and communication skills
•Sales and achievement-oriented with positive mindset and a good team-player
•Good networking and contact-maintenance skills
•CFA/CFP qualification will be an added advantage
2. MANAGER, RESEARCH
Key responsibilities
•Manage and lead the development of the market and economic research unit
•Monitor the progress of investments and equities in clients’ portfolios
•Conduct detailed research and analysis (including producing reports/papers) on markets, equities and economics
•Act as reference in terms of knowledge of markets and investment instruments
Requirements
•Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Economics or equivalent qualification
•Minimum five (5) years working experience with exposure in stock market and company research
•Preferably possess CMSRL Modules 9 & 10 (Fund Management)
•Good economics and investment market analytical skills
•Strong in-depth knowledge of macroeconomic & market trends, knowledge in technical analysis is an added advantage
•Possess excellent business writing, presentational, interpersonal and communication skills
3. CLERK
Requirements
•Possess minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or its equivalent
•Minimum of one (1) year working experience in clerical work
•Possession of Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM) Authorisation Card is an advantage
•Independent, self-motivated and possess pleasant personality
•Computer literacy in MS Office application

Amanah Saham Mara Berhad (ASMB) was incorporated on 24 June 1967 is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA). ASMB commenced its business on 1 July 1967. Presently, the Group has five wholly-owned subsidiary companies and is principally involved in unit trust management, fund and asset management, unquoted investment, nominee services and property holding.
