The company:


A Public-listed Property Developer Company is looking to hire a Group CFO to join the organisation.


Job Responsibilities:


  • To provide leadership to the organisation strategic planning process and will implement new programmatic strategic initiatives;

  • To partner with the Executive Director and his peers and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the operational aspects of the annual budget. Manage effectively within this budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered;

  • Lead, coach, develop and retain the organisation’s senior management team;

  • Serve as a key liaison to the organisation’s partners and cultivate existing relationships with public and private stakeholder locally and internationally;

  • Work closely with the Board of Directors to keep them abreast of programmatic strategies and challenges;

  • Develop and implement training programs and retreats to expand the capacity of all staff

Key Requirements:


  • Minimum 15 years of senior management experience in a Property Developer. Minimum strong financial and management reporting experience in a listed entity and Big4 accounting practice

  • Experience in Public listed company/ liase with Bursa Malaysia.

  • strong tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related discipline. MBA or other advanced certification preferred;

  • excellence in organisational management with the ability to coach a senior level staff to manage and develop high performance teams and develop and implement programme strategies;

  •  strategic visionary who is energetic, forward-thinking and creative with high ethical standards;

  • experience in learning standard development or learning programme development would be an advantage;

  • track record of effectively leading a direct service organise with a complex array of products and services;

  • excellent project management skills and experience in leading organisational transformation projects and program development
