ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

JOB DUTIES :
Credit Control

1.       Prepare invoice-Responsible in preparing and monitoring of invoices and issuing of credit notes for shortfall of man hours for majors client.
2.       Billing report-Responsible in preparing and monitoring the billing report which containing all detail information of invoices.
3.       Reconciliation-Responsible in analyzes and reconciles client account pertaining to payment receive from the client
4.       Knock off payment-All payment knocked off from accounting system must be upon receipt of the original banking slip.
5.       Ageing report-Produce ageing report for every branch by the of each month.
6.       Debt Collection-To monitor the unpaid invoices and the collection activities for outstanding invoices of all branches and also required to prepare weekly report and monthly report collection report and bad debt analysis report for the management and for the auditors to review.
7.       Revenue planning-Directs a process and forecast the expected collection for the company and forecast in flow of funds for the company for the whole month ahead.
8.       Liaise with factoring-To prepare and submit all the relevant forms, invoices and documentation to factoring division.
9.       Prepare bank Guarantee.

Fund Management
1.       Key in invoice.
2.       Key-in all invoices into the Accounting System.
3.       Prepare cheques.
4.       Prepare computerizes cheques.
5.       Prepare petty cash.
6.       Have to check the petty cash submitted by branch /department very carefully so that here will be no repetition in re-imbursement of expenditure. Also have to key-in all the petty cash expenditure into account system
7.       Prepare Bank Advice/TT.
8.       Filling – Invoices/Statement & Receipt.
9.       Answer to creditor.
10.     Expenditure planning.
11.     Liaise with credit controllers pertaining to the inflow of fund to forecast weekly payment to be made and also in charge of statutory payment that has to be paid every month.
 
Statutory & Management Reporting / Budget
1.       Reconcile bank statement-Make sure that all the entries keyed into the accounting system. Complete and accurate. Have to reconcile the cash book in the accounting system to the bank statement received from the bank.
2.       Produce management report:-
a.       Profit & Loss.
b.      Credit Note Report.
c.       Ageing Report.
3.       Prepare services tax computation.
4.       Liaise with bank & Leasing Companies.
5.       General ledger maintenance.
6.       Arrange Leasing.
7.       Company secretarial –responsible in managing the company secretarial file for the company and its’ subsidiaries.
8.       Prepare budget-responsible in preparing the master annual budget.
9.       Prepare Cash Management Flow statement.
10.     Preparation of draft statutory account for the auditor.
