Accounts Executive


Key Responsibilities:


• Manage full set of accounts and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Update monthly management accounts with detailed listing and analysis for management review.
• Reconcile inter-company balances and transactions.
• Key in accounts related transactions into the accounting system.
• Verify and ensure proper authorization on all accounting related transactions.
• Oversee GL, AR and AP modules.
• Responsible for filing the accounting documentations in timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare Journal Voucher / Debit Note / Credit Note.
• Prepare sub-contractor balances summary which includes activity, retention, advances and outstanding balances.
• Prepare Work In Progress (“WIP”) schedule for contract accounting.
• Prepare sub-contractor statement and reconciliation.
• Prepare listing for previous paid, debit note and advances of sub-contractor to Contract Department.
• Prepare sub-contractor and trade payables ageing to Treasury Department for payment purpose.
• Perform any duty as and when required by the immediate superior/ HOD.


Requirement:


• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Able to work independently and manage a team of accounts personnel.
• Required skill(s):Microsoft Excel and Computer literate.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Desa, KL.
