We are urgently hiring for Product Solutions Consultant -­ Permanent, for one of the top Manufacturing MNC, located in Malaysia. The Job Description is provided below

the role

Good knowledge and experience of HVAC products especially in AIR HANDLING UNITS, in order to understand if the request is related to a standard or special product .

The person is able in complete autonomy to manage following activities:

– Technical development of AHU systems, including drawings, calculations, bill of materials
– Creation of technical drawings of complete air handling units/vertical air handling units/ductable
fan coil units, with programs based on AutoCAD and with software from suppliers
– Design/rate main components coils / fans / motors / heat recovery wheel plate / humidification
components, with the support from suppliers if necessary
– Interact with the Pre-sales and sales office in order to collect all the needed technical information
about the products to be designed
– Interact with the internal departments (Technical Dept) in order to explain all the needed
information for designing the units (incl. Bill of material and costs)
– Interact with the internal departments (Production dept) in order to explain all the needed
information for assembly the units.
– evaluate the price of the special components (Technical and Purchase Dept)
– Interact with the internal departments (Technical Dept) in order to check with the suppliers the
possible customization of the OEM products and to collect missing information and data about the OEM products (such as instructions, manuals and so on).

the requirement

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
4 years and Above experience of HVAC products especially in AIR HANDLING UNITS, in order to understand if the request is related to a standard or special product .
Good background in AutoCAD
– Knowledge and experience of the MICROSOFT OFFICE / AUTOCAD /SOLID EDGE / ESP
(enterprise resource planning), ADOBE and SAP.
