Boilerman Gred 1

Requirement:
* 1st Grade Boilerman Cert. from JKKP
* Candidate must possess at least primary/secondary school/spm, any level field.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
  position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Teluk Intan, Perak.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish safe and efficient operation of the power plant during the shift by carrying out patrol to all the equipment and log all the data required.


2. Maintain good discipline during the shift hours or working hours.


3. Compliances to legislation & regulatory requirement


4. Basic trouble shooting


5. Provide ideas for continuous improvement in operation practices


6. Ensure all power plant and auxiliary equipment in operating condition


7. Ensure fire fighting and environmental monitoring equipment are always in operating condition


8. Operates and supervises on a continual basis a high pressure steam boiler 58-Ton


9. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of boiler components.


10. To perform service, repair and preventative maintenance.
