Customer Service Cum Documentation Executive

Sea freight export shipments:
* Request sailing schedule from carrier.
* Submit schedule to client, porpose suitable vessel.
* Receive shipment order from client movements/loading.
* Submission of documents to customs clearance agent.
* Follow up shipment status with original/destination agent.
* Update shipment status to client.

Others:
* Assist cross border trucking operations.
* Assist warehouse/distribution centre operations from time to time.
* Be an intergral part of the supply chain system.
* Coordinate import/export air freight shipments.
* Monitor performance by using KPI report.
* Analysis of cost/selling rates for billing purposes.
* Respond to any of client’s orders, enquiries, complaints and feedbacks.
* Keep track and manage the order of documentation.
* Record information to analyse job volume and identify/troubleshoot any matters arising.


Job Requirements:
* Candidates must posses at least SPM/STPM/Diploma.
* Required skills customer service, Sea freight operations & documentations.
* Well versed in sea freight FCL/LCL operations & documentations work flow with min 1 years of working experience in the related field is required fir this position.
