About The Role

Only having one plus year experience in Customer Support but looking a new environment look no further, We at Randstad are currently looking for a Customer Support Executive with IT Technical background. We are working together with a new subsidiary company is a Solutions and Services Company
Duties
Candidate must be wiling to work in shift hours.
Perform customers verifications, set up new accounts, process forms, applications and requests.
Answer calls professionally and provide appropriate information to the clients
Keep records of customer’s interaction, transactions and inquiries.
Conduct follow-ups with customers and record feedback on services provided on support helpdesk.
Skills & Experience
Candidate is required to have good communication skills and Technical IT Awareness
Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
Able to handle pressure, multi-task, problem solving, phone skill and resolving conflict.
