Key Responsibilities
– To maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all rooms, back of the house and customer areas.
– Create and work daily job list, arrival and departure list.
– Report any maintenance issues immediately to the Assistant Housekeeper including all furniture, fittings and equipment.
– To perform daily routine job as and when directed by the Management as deemed necessary, relevant and related in the course of work.


Requirements
– Ability to anticipate internal and external customer needs
– Service-minded and guest-oriented
– Good administrative skills and team spirit
– Ability to identify problems
– Honest and responsibility
