M&E Engineer - Kuala Lumpur

My client is a Malaysian property developer who has gone through major growth over the last few years. The company has numerous projects at the moment, all of which are high-rise condominiums therefore we are seeking experienced M&E Engineers to join the company on a permanent basis and develop their careers as the company develops themselves.

The role is to coordinate and execute general M&E Design. Provide planning related to M&E work and to work as part of the Project Management team.

The duties will include –

• Advise the Project Director of any technical aspects of the Mechanical Services that may affect construction progress such as quality or snagging.


• Coordinate and execute M&E Design work.


• Work with Civil Engineers regarding water supply and treatment aswell as Chemical Engineers on waste treatment and disposal.


• Design and provide advice on various Building Services such as Air Conditioning, ventilation, water supply and treatment, refridgeration, Fire Protection and gas supply.


• Plan installations and test operations.

Skills and experience required –

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.


• Knowledge of HVAC.


• High Rise experience.


• Demonstrable experience in and understanding of Building structures.
