Retail Interior Designer

• Responsible for coordinating and managing the construction of on-site interior design and monitoring / supervising the implementation of interior design work.


• To produce conceptualise design space planning, detail design with 2D and 3D presentation and technical drawings & sample boards with minimal supervision.


• To attend meetings with architects/ids/clients and visit site project/s as and when required.


• To liaise with clients/suppliers/contractors and coordinate with all relevant parties to integrate requirements and meet overall project objectives.


• To ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the contract requirements, drawings, client’s requirement & specification and project’s time schedule.


• Undertake site inspections and surveys & resolve site problem.


• Oversee project progress at all stages. 


• Assist & support in preparing schematic design proposal.


• Create and directing interfaces design, architecture and functionality.


• Developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about projects.


• Responsible for the quality of execution and quality of thinking and creative.


• Responsible for seeing the idea through the creative process to final sign off.


• Inspect contractor’s workmanship and compliance with predesignated specification.


• Explore new source of store concept, equipment, material, etc.


• Proactively keep up to date with new developments on retail design.


• Explore opportunities for continuous improvement on design solution.


• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as required by superior.
