Senior Internal Consultant - Continuous Improvement team

The successful candidate will possess: 
• a proven history of leading effective business process optimization projects;  • excellent interpersonal skills;  • a willingness to travel; • the ability to manage and contribute within virtual teams.
Keys to delivering successful projects will be your ability to:
• identify and develop improvement opportunities • build a trusted relationship with the business leaders and teams involved;  • become the neutral connection between the various departments;  • act as the teams’ pathfinder to creating and agreeing the solution together; • ensuring acceptance of the solution and engendering ownership for implementation within the business teams 
Successful candidates will have demonstrated the following key capabilities in previous assignments: 
• Leading cross-functional projects • Openness to change  • “Challenge the status quo” mindset • Strong analytical skills • Strong problem solving and creative ability • Relationship building across all levels  • Facilitation skills • Presentation skills • Influencing skills • Negotiation skills 
Education: Master Black Belt certification 
Experience: 
– 10+ years of professional experience – Project Management – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – Experience in BPR or change management projects
– Experience of IT development projects and methodologies would be an advantage. – Experience of HR process optimization would be an advantage. –  
Travel for several weeks might be required in the scope of an assignment.
