WASTE WATER TREATMENT SUPERVISOR

Responsible and Objective
Under the supervision of the Operation Manager, perform the Operation and Maintenance of all equipments for the waste water treatment plant. The Waste Water Treatment Supervisor will ensure the timely and smooth maintenance of all plant and equipment with a view to minimize plant downtime with a view to optimizing plant output, including close liaison with fuel treatment division and also to ensure the discharge water is comply with Department of Environment requirement. 
 
Administration

1. Maintain Standard Operating Procedures [SOP] covering all main and auxiliary plant and equipment


2. Maintain with all aspects of plant maintenance activities especially scheduled and mandatory maintenance with best practices maintenance procedure with the assistant of plant engineer


3. Liaise closely with fuel treatment division to monitoring incoming of juices and discharging of slope oil/sludge at all times


4. Ensure compliance to Health& Safety procedures as require by FMA/DOSH/EC

Work

1. To execute Maintenance plans


2. To performance routine daily operation checklist/inspection checklist


3. Workplace safety and proper handling procedures


4. To perform emergency recovery maintenance.


5. Compliances to legislation & regulatory requirement


6. Continuous improvement in operation and maintenance practices


7. Ensure all Waste water treatment plant in tip top condition


8. Ensure the discharge of waste water treatment meet the local authority requirement.


9. Supervise plant operations; assure proper adjustment of plant processes; coordinate sampling operations to assure proper balance of treatment steps and meeting effluent requirements


10. Research and prepare a wide variety of reports; maintain files and records on plant operations


11. Ability to Work in a wastewater treatment environment; exposure to noise, dust, grease, bad smell and dirt.

Job Requirement

     1. Minimum 2-3 Years Experiences In Water Treatment Related Fields
     2. Fimiliar with Water/Wastte Water Treatment Plant Processes Operation and
         Maintenance
     3. Certificate in Enviromental Professional in Operation of Industrial Effluent 
         Treatment System (Biologi) 
     4. Willing to work at Teluk Intan, Perak.
