Job Description :
Manage and lead assigned regional support tickets for the regional users of Financial Systems on assigned Scope of Solution and Processes Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template and ensure regional solution architecture team is aligned Follow and actively promote SAP best practice usage in all solution aspects (experience in SAP ECC 4.7 + 6.0 with strong BW 3.5 & 7.0 skill set) Support regional roll-out projects with SAP focus across the ASPAC region Liaise with regional MIS Team on all Technical System Matters and Infrastructure related matters if required. Manage assigned help desk BW tickets and end-user help desk BW support Supporting regional project activities with SAP focus. Successful system and process integration, efficient SLA driven end-user support and communications Issue management and resolution Change management, training and schedule planning and execution, and all related continuous improvement activities.
