1. STORE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:
To ensure all materials are sufficient in the storeTo ensure materials received from supplier are in good condition and as per PO and comply with PBAPP specificationsTo ensure materials in Store are in good condition, properly stacked and safeTo ensure ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 documents are properly kept and practiced accordingly and comply towards itTo ensure physical parts tally with the Service Alliance System’s quantityResponsible to monitor mobile warehouse inventoryTo perform any other duties assigned from time to timeRequirements:
Possess minimum STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualifications (approved by MQA)Minimum 8 years working experience in administration field and good accounting knowledgeGood knowledge in Service Alliance & Oracle system is an added advantageAble to operate forklift or electric liftComputer literate in Microsoft OfficeProficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishGood communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude, initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision2. SENIOR EXECUTIVE (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)(CLOSING DATE : 18 MARCH 2011)To identify, evaluate, propose and implement new projects for business development of PBA Holdings Bhd (PBAHB)Responsible in marketing plans, promotional activities and business development of PBA GroupResponsible in monitoring product development and analyzing product performanceMaintaining strong rapport with Investment Banks, PR Companies and Research AnalystMonitor and update PBAHB’s Corporate website and subsidiaries business updatesContinuously update Fund Managers on Corporate Strategies and plansMonitoring of business plan with SPAN/PBAHBPreparation of SPAN’s business plan and any other regulatory mattersPreparing new subsidiary business unit’s financial projections and assist in establishment of new subsidiaries for PBAHBResponsible in feasibility study analysis on new businessResponsible in monitoring and reviewing risk management of PBA Group and assist in implementation of risk management mitigation planCandidate must possess a recognized Degree by MQA (Malaysian Qualifications Agency) in Finance, Accounting or BusinessAt least 7 years related working experience in identifying and evaluation of business proposal including financial modeling/analysis and projectionsComputer literate particularly in MS Office SuiteSolid interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishMature, analytical mind, result oriented, innovative and possess enterprising, problem solving and leadership skillsTenacity to face challenges until complete and satisfactory resolutions of issuesAble to interact with all levels of peopleMaintain high confidentiality, proactive and always strive for continuous improvement3. ENGINEER (STRATEGIC PLANNING)(CLOSING DATE : 18 MARCH 2011)Planning and implementation of district metering area (DMA)To analyse data from DMAs for prioritization of Non-Revenue Water (NRW) management worksTo design and implement Active Leakage Control (ALC), Pressure Management, Step Test etcTo analyse and evaluate conditions of mains and submains and establish action plans for leakage reductionTo analyse consumer consumption patterns and trends for the management of apparent lossesTo comply with the safety requirement at all works sites carried out by NRW unitsPerform any other ad-hoc assignment assigned by superiorsCandidate must possess a recognized Degree by MQA (Malaysian Qualifications Agency) in any Engineering discipline, preferably in Civil EngineeringAt least 3 years related working experienceExperience in Non-Revenue Water (NRW) is an added advantageGood knowledge of methodology to organize the field worksComputer literate with MS Office SuiteMust possess good oral and report writing skill in English and Bahasa MalaysiaMature, analytical mind, result oriented, innovative and possess good interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skillsAble to work independently with minimal supervisionAble to liaise with external agencies such as local authorities, government agencies.(CLOSING DATE : 18 MARCH 2011)To prepare electrical specifications, bill of quantities, price estimations and electrical drawingsTo supervise electrical projects, contracts, contractor claims and work qualityTo ensure that all working procedures complies to safety and health requirementsTo ensure that all electrical projects/ works complete within the time frame and costTo ensure that all electrical projects/ works comply to specifications and other legal requirementsTo perform any other duties as assigned from time to timeCertificate/ Diploma in Electrical Power/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification approved by MQAMinimum 3 years working experience in electrical installation designGood theoretical and practical knowledge on electrical installation calculation and designComputer literate particularly in Microsoft Office. Ability to use other Engineering software is an added advantageProficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishGood communication and interpersonal skillsPosses supervisory, analytical and problem solving skillsPositive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervisionPossess ability to work under pressure, tight schedules and in stringent environment5.
