Customer Support Executive

QUALIFICATIONS
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.  Great to have at least 2 years work experience in hotel operations.  Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.


GENERAL DESCRIPTION
• Provide customers with courteous and efficient service and if possible, comply with each every guest"s request.
• Must ensure business centers and equipments are in top condition.
• Able to converse in any Chinese dialect will be advantageous
• Proactive and must show true passion when attending to customers" needs
• Adequate knowledge on Microsoft Office and well versed with popular social media such as Facebook, Instagram and etc
• Able to converse enthusiastically over telephone and in person
• Have a great sense of humour and a pleasant personality
• A great smile.
