the role

• To develop the skills and knowledge of the workers to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness 


• Make sure daily production target is achieved 


• To solve any conflict among operators and avoid any unwanted incident happen 


• To arrange and ensure the production environment cleanliness and safety condition


• To attend, respond, and resolve customers complaints (with respective to product quality, workmanship, etc) in professional and timely manner 


• To prepare monthly review and production meeting report 

the experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. 


• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Candidates from packaging industry is welcome to apply. 


• Able to work on shift Full­Time position(s) available.
