Job Description:

Jobs Scope:
1.       To market properties for sale / rental.
2.       To provide excellent sales service to clients and customers.
3.       To execute marketing plans and follow up sales.
4.       To conduct negotiation on terms and conditions for sale / rental.
5.       To present clients real estate investment opportunities.

Requirements:
1.       Possess own transport.
2.       Independent, self-motivated and responsible with positive working attitude.
3.       Strong learning attitude and eager for self-development.
4.       Have high level of enthusiasm and up to challenges.
5.       Related working experience is not required (If have, will be an added advantage).

Skills:
1.       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2.       Well groomed and carry a SMILE.
3.       Required languages: English and Malay.
4.       Basic computer knowledge.
5.       Knowledge in Property is an advantage.
