Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervises and monitor 3^rd party contractor in daily Housekeeping activities of the Shopping Mall area i.e. toilets, common areas and service corridors


• Monitors the daily cleaning schedule closely ensure the cleanliness of the Shopping Mall well maintain


• Monitors and check cleaners attendance daily and work performance


• To report daily to Housekeeping Executive on the activity of Housekeeping services


• Escalating issues and problems to Housekeeping Executive when necessary


• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with Tenants of the Starling Mall


• Carries out regular patrols and checks on the cleanliness of the Starling Mall


• To conduct briefing to cleaning contractors when necessary


• To monitor performance of pest control, sanitary bin and waste disposal contractor

 
Job Requirements:

• Housekeeping experience in Malls


• Minimum  Diploma in Housekeeping Management


• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
