About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant Team in the construction, property & engineering team at Randstad Malaysia, you will play a key role in achieving our growth plans. You will be responsible for achieving personal targets, develop and manage a client and candidate base and deliver high quality recruitment consultancy and services. You will lead assist the manager in mentoring, providing support, motivation and define clear goals to set them up for success.

This position also provides a great opportunity for a fast track career into an senior leadership role within Malaysia.

Duties

• Developing and mentoring consultants and driving achievement of individual target. Also responsible for training and coaching the team members within the wider group.


• Planning and development of our construction, property and engineering team


• Coalition with partners in other countries to manage referred clients and contacts for effective client management and project handling.


• Leading from the front in both activity and GP targets

Skills and Experience

• Min 2 years experience in recruitment


• Have a proven track record in 360 degree recruitment


• Speaking Hokkien, Cantonese or Mandarin is an added advantage


• A flair for spotting and maximizing opportunities, building long term relationships with clients and candidates


• Confident, ambitious, target and results oriented.
