Established on 14th February 1992, SELANGOR HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (“SHRDC”) was set-up as a response to the Malaysian Government’s call for closer co-operation between the government and private sector to overcome the short supply as well as upgrade the quality and skill levels of human resource in the State of Selangor. SHRDC rose to the challenge with the strategic provision of technical and technological training in the competency format.

Responsibility
1. To manage staff and office administration of EAC.
2. To evaluate project proposals received and submit recommendations to the EAC Management Group.
3. To attend and record minutes of meeting of EAC Management Group and EAC Steering Committee.
4. To co-ordinate activities of EAC
5. To prepare working papers for meetings of EAC Manegement and EAC Steering Committee.
6. To prepare periodic progress report of all EAC programs and projects for submission to the EAC Management Group.
7. To maintain and update EAC website
8. To prepare EAC Newsletters.
9. Any other duties as directed from time to time.

Qualification and Experience
- Holds relevant Degree (or Diploma with relevant experience )
- Age between 25-45 years
- Possesses the following experience and skills.
Good knowledge on environment.Able to speak and write competently both in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Experience in project planning, documentation, monitoring and reporting.Strong leadership qualities with good secretarial, administrative, organisational, and communication skills.Result oriented, organised and able to meet tight deadlines or work under tight schedules and possesses team-working spirit.Able to work with minimum supervision, lead a team and work as part of team.Experience in working with NGOs, schools, public, and private institutions.Computer literate- Possess own transport.

Rumeneration
Gross salary is RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00. Higher basic salary will be considered based on applicant's qualification and experience.
