Work with internal/external customer on Test Strategies for ICT Test. Run and asses the DFT coverage using Fabmaster/Testway. Work on the ICT quotation. Develop/Debug the ICT software and work with fixture vendor for ICT Fixture requirement. Run and generate ICT test coverage report
