During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas: Responsibilities:
Coordination with Architectural and M&E disciplines.Preparation, Issue and Evaluation of Tender packages.Design of RC & Steel Structures.Address site issues related to design.Liaise with Consultants, sub-contractors and government authorities. Review building drawings and specifications to ensure optimum cost-effectiveness and constructability; as well as review bid packages and returns to ensure technical compliance with documentation.Review technical submittals by subcontractors after award of contract and liaise with works subcontractors on the technical nature of works.Take on management/system coordination role.Manage civil and structural works subcontractors to ensure compliance to technical and schedule requirements; as well as liaise with other members of project teams to ensure sequencing of work is carried out in an optimal manner with regards to the complete project.Requirements:
