MARU WORLD STS SDN BHD is a company which is specialized in the field of Laminate flooring, Vinyl roll flooring, Vinyl flooring and Wall panels. We import materials from overseas including Korea and distribute to local whole sellers and retailers. Now, we have an immediate vacancy for the jobs posted as below:

ADMIN CUM ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

– Handle full set of accounts and manage general ledger and monthly written reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.

– Able to handle GST issues.

– To ensure accounts payable, petty cash fund, bank reconciliation, journals and general ledger functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner.

– Prepare accurate financial report and handle administration works including payroll and human resource issues.

– Responsible for monitoring accounting process and as well ensuring compliance with business controls measures in accordance with the company policies.

– Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Working experience: Have at least 1 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.

– Language skills: English and Malay in verbal & written fluently

– Computer skills: MS offices

– Must be result-oriented, meticulous and able to multi-task

– Able to use AutoCount Express is ADVANTAGE.

– Candidate must be able to start IMMEDIATELY

– Candidate must willing to work at Kota Damansara.

SALARY : RM 1500-RM2500 (based on experience)
