Admin Executive - Leasing

Requirements are as per below:
 
·         Min 3 years of relevant experience in commercial property leasing.
·         Knowledge of tenancy agreements to ensure compliance with all covenants.
·         Good command of verbal and written in English and Chinese (translate email from China)
·         Possess excellent negotiation skills
·         Result oriented person with a track record of achievement
·         Preferably Executive specializing in property/ real estate or equivalent
·         Possess own transport 
·         Able to commence work immediately.
·         Chinese/ Female
·         Aged between 30-40
·         Salary Range – RM 3,500- RM 4,500
