Join a reputable property developer is looking for a Project Manager, based in Ampang. This is a chance to fast track your career and be involved with some of Ampang most iconic projects. 

the role

Joining a high performing team and work on exciting high rise projects offering expertise to Developers and Main Contractors. This is office based 5 days per week,

• Overseeing a variety of high rise residential and landed developments


• Overseeing end to end project management


• Feasibility studies


• Coordinate and evaluate the procurement of all trades for this projects


• Management of the site teams, programming and planning


• Development of progress reports, as well as managing costs.

the experience

The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge within the Malaysian construction industry and must be able to show the following:

• Experienced Project Manager delivering residential and commercial projects 


• Degree qualified in a construction or engineering related field


• Minimum 6 years project management experience either working for a commercial construction or developer


• Must have good knowledge of delivering projects 


• Overseas experience advantageous
