Our client is a leading organisation operating throughout Kuala Lumpur. They own, develop and manage multi-million RM properties who offer their tenants a best class service.  They are seeking an experienced Retail Facilities Manager.
  
your position
Reporting directly to the senior management you will be required to manage this large multi-tenanted building which includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Financial Management – Managing the OPEX and CAPEX budgets
• Man-management –  proven leadership skills and experiences; managing direct staff along with managing your traditional contractors (Fire, Security, HVAC, Electrical, Cleaning and others)
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring OHS & current legislations, preparing reports, excellent presentation skills and have the ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Managing a large portfolio of tenants which are diverse from retailers through to commercial – there are over 300+ stakeholders
• Manage the day-to-day operations of this facility with the opportunity to get involved with strategic projects as and when they arise

your experience
For this exciting opportunity, the successful candidate will have proven experience in the following:
• Managing a large P&L, OPEX and CAPEX budget, including 5 year forecasting
• Proven technical knowledge including asset management. 
• Man-management –  proven leadership skills and experiences; managing direct staff along with managing your traditional contractors (Fire, Security, HVAC, Electrical, Cleaning and others)
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering
• It is essential that you have managed a large portfolio of buildings and been heavily involved with contractor management, including the procurement of new suppliers
