We represent a top tier property development company who are well renowned for delivering prominent and innovative development projects across residential, retail and commercial precincts.The business is looking to bolster their team with a Senior Project Director to lead a large scale mixed use development project comprising serviced residences, hotels and retail center. The role will be Selangor based and offers excellent career development opportunities long term. 


the role


This is a complex project that will be very hands on in managing all aspects of the development life cycle. Experience within the following areas is essential:


  • Proven track record of delivering the large scale mixed used development projects

  • Working with external parties such as consultants

  • Feasibility assessment and financial modelling for existing projects

  • Resolve planning issues and gain approvals

  • Manage budgets and reporting to a number of key stakeholders both internally and externally.

 the experience

Holding relevant tertiary qualifications within property, civil engineering or construction, you will also need to possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to demonstrate extensive experience in delivering complex high rise and mixed use development projects.

  • Experience completing large project (1bn MYR+)

  • 35 + high rise

  • Experience large teams of Senior Project Mangers 

  • 20 + years construction experience in mostly Malaysia 

  • Overseas experience on high rise projects are welcome
