Job Functions :


• Overlook the day to day running of the operation function in the office.


• Attend to calls.


• Stock take.


• Perform a range of clerical duties : handle office administration works, to deals, maintain, update office matters & filling records etc.


• Receiving, record & distributing incoming calls or mails.


• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by superior.




Job Requirements :


• Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM or STPM.


• With or without experience.


• Must be able to work in Jalan Kluang, Batu Pahat,Johor.


• Must be able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.


• Computer literate.


• Good communication skills, ability to multi task & work independently.


• Good attendance, fast learner & responsible person.


• Possess own transport.


• Strictly for Malaysian only.


• Female or male age below 30 are welcome.


• Working hours : Monday to Saturday. 8am to 6pm.


• Able to work immediately.
