As Networkers continues to expand and invest internationally, there is a rare opportunity for an experienced leader to join the business and manage the technology division across the Malaysian geography; based in Kuala Lumpur. Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will be responsible for delivery of the strategic plan, growth of new business and talent acquisition and development. This is a strategic hire and will be instrumental in the growth plans of the Malaysia business.


This is a newly created position and an exciting time to join our business. We are looking for an inspiring experienced leader and a forward thinker who is passionate about performance. You will be responsible for:-


* Working in conjunction with the Managing Director; the development and implementation of the strategic growth plan, to secure business growth, profitability and increased market share
* Lead, manage and develop a team of Consultants to deliver exceptional standards of performance that delight our clients
* Proactively implement recruitment campaigns to source high calibre candidates
* Be proactive and undertake the right activities to grow our specialist business, aligned to the regional and global sales plan
* Leadership of continuous improvement that embody the company’s values and organizational objectives


To be considered for this integral position you will be able to evidence;-


* A minimum of 10 years in the industry and 5 years in a leadership position, ideally managing specialist technology teams
* Proven experience in the strategic development and successful implementation of business initiatives
* Strong financial and business acumen with proven results
* Ability to build, develop and lead a highly successful team
* Ability to grow the business through building robust and continuous relationships
* Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
