Join a major main contractor with >RM6BN in current projects. Our client specialise in High rise (20+) buildings both commercial and residential. With 40 years of experience our client is a top 10 construction company with various business units; Developer & Main Contractor and Assets that include Hotels, Malls and Condos.
the role
You will work closely with the Project team and liaise with KL HQ. You will report to a AGM of contracts who is based in KL so being able to work autonomously is important. The project is valued at approximately RM200m and is a mixed residential development that includes high rose condo’s and townhouses.
- You will be attached to 1 large (200m) project
- Manage 1 contract executive
- Involved in Pre and Post Contract
skills & responsibilities
- Total work experience of 4-8 years.
- Experience with Main Contractors/Developers/Consultancy
- Experience on projects worth >MYR 100m
- Your current role may be Senior QS or QS
- Happy to work in JB
