KHAZANAH NASIONAL is the investment holding arm og the Goverment of Malaysia. Our main objective is to promote economic growth, make strategic investments and nurture the development of selected strategic industries in Malaysia. We are currently looking for high-professionals in the following areas:
1. Government-Linked Company (GLC) Transformation Programme
The GLCT Programme aims to transform GLCs into high performing entites. The target is to produce several regional champions by 2015. Major areas of work include convening Government-Linked Investment Company (GLICs) and GLCs to leverage the power of network (e.g. business collaboration and sharing of experiences and best practices) and facilitating sharing of thought leadership on latest thinking/paradigms in business.2. Entrepreneurship DevelopmentThe objective is to enable Malaysian entrepreneurs to compete and thrive locally and internationally. The main area of work is to develop and execute a framework for entrepreneurship development, within Khazanah's mandate and areas of work.This area of work involves providing support to large scale and complex programmes which are in need of assistance and building and institutionalising programme management capabilitiy within Khazanah.At least 15 years of work experience in strategic or corporate planning, organisation development, consulting industry, managing large scale programmes or transformation efforts. For entrepreneurship development, entrepreneurial experience would be an added advantage.A degree from a top-ranked university.The ability to adapt, build good relationships, manage complexity and programme manage large scale efforts.
