SCHEDULING                                           Monitor and review construction program, coordinate meetings and site development, IN ORDER TO ensure timely execution and completion based on schedules   QUALITY                                                       Monitor and implement works done by contractors are in adherence to established quality guidelines, IN ORDER TO ensure compliance to company quality guidelines and customer satisfaction.   COST CONTROL                                                       Monitor cost during project implementation and to take corrective action IN ORDER TO ensure there are no cost overruns.   SAFETY                                                       Implement and monitor safety measures, housekeeping guidelines, IN ORDER TO ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.   STAFF DEVELOPMENT                                                       Guide and train subordinates, allocate responsibilities, coordinate and review team performance, build an effective team spirit, IN ORDER TO develop employee performance    AUTHORITIES APPROVAL                                           Coordinate with consultant/authorities for approval as when is needed.
