The Company
Join an internationally listed bank with a huge asset portfolio of over 160 properties. Work with a team of property management professionals to ensure efficient and effective management of properties owned by the Group.

The Role
Procurement of assets. Recording of all asset, assets movement & utilization with regular physical inspections and maintenance. Resale, lease, letting, rental and disposal management of all assets.

The Experience
Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Property. Development/Property Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in property and building management.
