I am now looking to recruit new staff within my specialist Banking Recruitment team

We have numerous vacancies available for immediate starts ranging from junior to senior level consultants. Remuneration is flexible dependant on experience.
Responsibilities:

• To source and place Banking professionals with our impressive list of MNC and Local Banks within Malaysia


• Grow revenue via placements, development of existing accounts and prospecting of new business


• Weekly reporting on activity and target vs actual achievements


• Support business development team / initiatives to further grow the company client portfolio


• Manage assignments/projects with minimal supervision

  
Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year Experience in Banking Recruitment


• Sales/Cold Calling Experience


• Client/Candidate Managements Skills


• Business Development / Prospecting Skills


• Strong Communication / Presentation Skills


• Fluency in English Language (Spoken & Written) any other languages advantageous.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
