Join a reputable consultancy is looking for a Senior Project Manager, based in Kuala Lumpur. This firm specialises in mostly mixed development projects. This is a chance to fast track your career and be involved with some of KL’s most iconic projects.

the role

Joining a high performing team and work on exciting high rise projects offering expertise to Developers and Main Contractors. This is office based 5 days per week,

• Deliver current developments in our pipeline.


• Assist with securing new development opportunities.


• Management of approvals process and the preparation of feasibilities.


• Manage the design, construction and delivery of residential apartment developments.


• Management of quality, technical, safety and environmental issues.


• Project management and programming of the development process.


• Project reporting and monitoring to budget and timeframes.


• Manage the integration of all development disciplines including sales and marketing.


• Manage relationships with key stakeholders.

the experience

The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge within the Malaysian construction industry and must be able to show the following:

• Relevant qualification in property and/or minimum of five years’ experience as a Development Manager within the property industry.


• Proven delivery capabilities in property platforms such as; mixed use precincts, Residential apartments and townhouses desirable.


• The ability to conduct due diligence on opportunities and create detailed feasibilities.


• Extensive knowledge of the market and experience with creating development briefs, DA’s, feasibility scenarios, and project reports.


• Exceptional communication skills, with ability to engage all key stakeholders coupled with strong influencing skills.


• Strong work ethic with ability to develop and implement innovative solutions and exercise initiative at all times.


• Ability to work autonomously and be a positive “team player”.
