Event and Marketing Assistant

–          Conceptualise & develop creative proposals of events
–          Identify , develop & maintain good relationship with sponsors & partners to achieve event’s budget & target
–          Initiate, develop & maintain good relationship with stakeholders to achieve event’s objectives
–          Liaise with vendors, suppliers, venue owners or related parties to setup for events
–          Plan, organise & manage events for stakeholders & ensure smooth execution during events
–          Able to manage multiple events & priorities simultaneously
–          Responsible for event’s budget & post event evaluation to achieve targets
–          Organise market research
–          Create comprehensive marketing & events strategy and plan to build brand, connect with existing target market and to reach new target audience
–          Execute the marketing plan within the budget provided
–          Ensure design briefs are followed by suppliers/partners
–          Work with designer and events team on development of marketing collaterals
–          Develop and execute effective and high quality events to maintain and brand awareness with its targeted demographics
–          Provide guidance and direction to the event team regarding upcoming event until completion
–          Execute integrated on-line presence for the brand and keeping abreast of the latest social media, marketing trends
–          Develop and execute plans to increase brand awareness through Facebook or other on-line media

Requirements:
 
–          Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in event related field. Other qualification such Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Business Administration/ Management ,Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent is also acceptable
–          Good communication skills and fluent English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
–          Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Nevertheless, any working experience in the related field would be an advantage
–          Knowledge in designing software(s): Autodesk 3D Max, Autocad, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator will be added advantage
–          Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
–          Independent, resourceful with high level of integrity
–          Negotiation and sales closing skills will be added advantage
–          Good knowledge of market environment would be an advantage
–          Proactive able to multitask and work independently when required
–          Willing to leam, hardworking, able to complete task within given time frame
–          Able to work under pressure, overtime, meet deadlines and interact with people at all levels
–          Possess own transport
–          Full time positions available
