About Our Client
Our client is a public listed company with an array of projects in the construction industry.With the expansion of the business, they are currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager to be part of their team.
About the Role
- To work closely with Financial Controller in handling the full spectrum of Finance and managemnt accounting functions.
- Establish and maintain financial policies & procedures and the systems of accounting and its related internal controls.
- Responsible for timely and accurate financial and management reporting on monthly and quaterly basis.
- Lead and guide the Finance & Accounts Departments staff with the objective to drive consistency in information quality, in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency of work quality.
- MFRS efficiency.
- Provide financial analysis and support to business and be involved in strategic planning of the business for growth.
To be a Successful Candidate
- To be a successful candidate, you need to possess:
- At least a Degree majoring in Accounting and / or Finance, or other relevant disciplines
- Professional qualification such as ACCA / CPA / ICAEW / CIMA would be an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of working experience within the construction or property development industry
- Able to work within the tight deadlines and dynamic environment
- Able to write and speak fluently in English and Malay, Mandarin
- Able to work independently and also as a team
- Being sharp, diligent and mature in handling your work
