Global Expense Examiner- Human Resource - Cyberjaya, SGR
Job Description
Expense Monitoring, Compliance and Analysis Program (GEMCAP) and will execute in-depth analysis of Expenses flowing through the World-wide Expense Reimbursement System (WWERS) · The candidate will conduct in-depth analysis of expense data as indicated by the Risk and Compliance Analysis Tool (RCAT ) to identify potential fraud and travel policy abuse within one or more geographic markets · The candidate will use standard analytical tools found within Microsoft Excel including sorting, filtering and creating pivot tables to delve deep into the data · The candidate will communicate findings to IOT, IMT and/or GMT managers, Business Unit leaders, the Global Travel Expense Controller (GTEC), HR, Finance, Business Controls, Internal Audit · The candidate must be proficient in the use of Excel and working with large amounts of data · The candidate will provide recommendations to management on policy changes, limit adjustments or process changes related to expenses · The candidate will be responsible for day to day activities related to expense examination following a set methodology · The candidate will make judgmental decisions on potential areas within the examination that require further investigation and deviation from standard procedures · The candidate must have knowledge of system based rules and their interaction and limitations in regard to policy · The candidate will interact with employees, management and executives on a regular basis · The candidate will possess exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to develop lasting business relationships and lead in a matrix environment.Desired experience: · Experience with Internal Audit, Business Controls and Procurement interactions· Experience in Travel Policy · Experience in Travel Operations· Experience in management and project management Preferred· I/T background· Business Controls Background Technical skills or Required level: Proficient in the use of Excel and working with large amount of dataExcellent analytical skills, can organize and analyze the data, analyze, and provide accurate, consistent reports per defined requirements.
